NGI INDUCTION PORT REPAIR SERVICES
The NGI Induction Port on one end has a golden Titanium Nitride coating, so that when it is inserted into the NGI, an air tight seal is obtained. This coating easily chips if the Induction Port is mishandled, rendering it useless, as it starts leaking at the joint.
So far there has been no alternative but to discard it, and get a new one from the manufacturer at a high cost. This has come to an end with Lab Automate’s involvement.
