ACI & NGI MENSURATION SERVICES

We use state of the art portable optical systems to come to your lab and mensurate your ACI Stages and NGI jet holes onsite. Thus customers can continue using their ACI and NGI’s uninterrupted. Our system is self calibrating and is NIST certified. Our systems can measure ±2 microns, which is well below the required ±12.7 microns for Stage 7. Since we also manufacture ACI stages, we have the tooling and can detect and open clogged ACI jet holes within specs, at very reasonable rates quite fast. We will issue validation certificates with pictures and dimensions of each stage hole.
